The full program of 36 classes was created for the woman looking to prepare her body for pregnancy.
I created this program alongside pelvic floor physical therapist, Colleen Lind, with the goal of setting you up for a strong and connected pregnancy.
During this program you will:
-Learn breathing strategies to manage pressure in the core and pelvic floor
-Connect to the core and pelvic floor to maintain that connection throughout your future pregnancy
-Build balanced strength with a focus on the the core, glutes and upper back to prepare for postural changes that come with pregnancy
-Generally maintain or improve fitness to prepare for the increased demands of pregnancy
Choose from 3 follow along tracks:
-5x/week
-3x/week with cardio
-3x/week without cardio
