This is a preview of our Pregnancy Program! The preview includes 1 Connect class from each trimester, so you can try the class that meets you where you're at:
-Connect 1: designed for the 1st Trimester
-Connect 14: designed for the 2nd Trimester
-Connect 29: designed for the 3rd Trimester
These Connect classes are most similar to a barre or Pilates style class, with an emphasis on core, to help you build connection, strength, and stability.
The full Pregnancy Program consists of Lift, Connect, Elevate, and Release classes, tailored to each week of pregnancy. I created the Pregnancy Program alongside pelvic floor physical therapist, Colleen Lind, with the goal of helping you build strength and connection throughout your pregnancy.
During the Pregnancy Program you will:
-Learn breathing strategies to manage pressure in the core and pelvic floor
-Connect to the core and pelvic floor to maintain that connection throughout your pregnancy
-Build balanced strength with a focus on the the core, glutes and upper back to support changes throughout pregnancy
-Generally maintain or improve fitness levels
-Prepare for labor and delivery with education, mobility routines, and cardio

-5x/week
-3x/week with cardio
-3x/week without cardio
