This is a preview of our Pregnancy Program. This preview includes 3 classes designed specifically for the First Trimester:
-Connect 33: most similar to barre or Pilates style class, with an emphasis on core, to help you build connection, strength, and stability
-Lift 34: mindful, breath-focused weightlifting to safely build strength through pregnancy
-Elevate 13: cardio with low- and no-impact options
The full Pregnancy Program consists of Lift, Connect, Elevate, and Release classes, tailored to each week of pregnancy. I created the Pregnancy Program alongside pelvic floor physical therapist, Colleen Lind, with the goal of helping you build strength and connection throughout your pregnancy.
During the Pregnancy Program you will:
-Learn breathing strategies to manage pressure in the core and pelvic floor
-Connect to the core and pelvic floor to maintain that connection throughout your pregnancy
-Build balanced strength with a focus on the the core, glutes and upper back to support changes throughout pregnancy
-Generally maintain or improve fitness levels
-Prepare for labor and delivery with education, mobility routines, and cardio
