🌈The general guideline: move your body for 150 minutes per week. 🌈
I didn't just make that number up : ). That's the exercise recommendation from the powers at be, aka the World Health Organization and Center for Disease Control. For this series, 150 minutes per week will look like five ~30 minute workouts. There is a combination of low-impact cardio and strength based workouts along with a bonus mobility days.
Every day has a workout appropriate for every level. So wherever you are on your journey you'll find the appropriate challenge for you! I hope you'll join us!

P.S When it comes to props in this series we use a ball, light weights and resistance bands with an option to try out our Lift classes that require heavier weights. If you don't have these props at home you can do the workouts without props or substitute a pillow (ball) and canned goods (light weights).
