Is this program safe for pregnancy?

Yes! At Materra Method, our workouts are made for this stage of life, not just modified. You can trust that each workout in this program is safe for pregnancy. We always to encourage you to reach out to us with any specific questions regarding your situation.

Can I start at any point in pregnancy?

Absolutely! Although our program includes workouts to support you from 6-40 weeks of pregnancy, you can jump in at any time. Our convenient subscription model allows you to start and cancel your membership at your convenience.

I didn't work out prior to pregnancy. Is this program appropriate for me?

Yep! Our method is appropriate for any fitness level. We encourage you to always check in and listen to your own body throughout each + every Materra Method workout. Each class includes a real mom providing modifications and cues for varying levels, ensuring you feel supported every time you move with us.

How does the subscription work?

Our membership model allows you to start and cancel at any time. We offer a monthly subscription at $30/month, quarterly subscription at $75/quarter and yearly subscription for $275/year.

Can I purchase a gift card?
