Yes! At Materra Method, our workouts are made for this stage of life, not just modified. You can trust that each workout in this program is designed specifically for the postpartum period. We always to encourage you to reach out to us with any specific questions regarding your situation.

What is the difference between the Beginner Postpartum and Advanced Postpartum Programs?
The Beginner Postpartum Program is designed for moms who are 12 weeks or more postpartum. If you've moved through our 4th Trimester Program, this is your next step!
The Advanced Postpartum Program is designed to follow the Beginner Program, but if you are further out postpartum or have been exercising frequently already, you can dive in here.

What if I am less than 12 weeks postpartum or newly returning to exercise after baby?
Our 4th Trimester Program is what you are looking for! Once you move through that, the Beginner and Advanced Postpartum Programs will be ready for you, all available in your membership :)

How does the subscription work?
Our membership model allows you to start and cancel at any time. We offer a monthly subscription at $30/month, quarterly subscription at $75/quarter and yearly subscription for $275/year.

Can I purchase a gift card?
We think Materra Method makes a great gift!
To purchase a gift card, scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and click “Buy a Gift Card” in the footer. You’ll need to log into your account or create one if you don’t already have one. Then, select the subscription or bundle you’d like to gift, choose the duration of the gift, and complete your purchase by entering your payment details.
